The timing is quite interesting to say the least.

Although it sucks to see Kimi not finishing out the year. Hope he gets well soon.

I think "back surgery" is more likely. It would be nice to see Valsecchi, because I've always wondered what he could do in an F1 car. Him and Luca Filippi, but I'd be more than happy if Filippi stayed in IndyCar -- been too long since there was a competent Italian (Fisi does not count) in top form in open wheel racing.
