TMMC 2011 - Tom Delgado's 9/11 Tribute Scheme (FANTASY, SEVERAL IMAGES)
Remember the Japan paint schemes that the Nemoto teams ran for the first few rounds of the season? Well, being that Tom Delgado is from New York, I whipped up a US flag-themed car over the course of a few days, to honor the victims of 9/11 10 years ago. If there was a New York race this season (which unfortunately there isn't), Delgado would run this scheme. I know you guys are getting sick of these fantasy schemes that will never make it to the track, but the more I think about paint ideas, the higher the urge I get to paint
Images below are of the #837 in race action against the 2009 carset at the New York Autoring (aka Riki Raceway)
Base: Paint by RAH

Not like it matters all that much. The focus is on the car, not the carset.

Great tribute there, Tom. Only thing I'd suggest is make the roof numbers a different color.

The number colors can't really be changed without messing up the original 837 numbering. It wasn't layered, so changing the white means changing the number entirely. Not something I wanna mess with.
If I could make it to where I could change the roof color only without destroying the rest of the scheme, I'd make the roof blue and that would probably fit the numbers perfectly.

Try using the magic wand at a fairly high tolerance and see if you can change the color that way.
