- Yes, I am aware that Quan Xing didn't win at Quincy. No, I do not care enough to go back and change what I said.

To whoever runs races in the future, I dunno if Cooper sent it to you or not, but use this 3 car from now on, thanks.

- Spoiler:
- Jones ecstatic after claiming his first TM Lights series victory
James Jones was very excited after picking up his first career victory in the TM Lights at Milwaukee, & feels that he no longer has the pressure of being in the number 1 car riding on his back.
'This is incredible. The team put faith & trust into me to compete in their championship winning car to claim them a 2nd straight title, putting a bit of pressure on my back, but that pressure is now settled & I can't feel it anymore, especially after a win like today. We've had a rough & slow start to the season, not scoring points until Peoria, but we're back on track now & ready to challenge for the championship. I feel sorry for Jefali though. We would've had a great battle for the lead if his engine didn't greened on him under the last caution.'
The team gave Jones a celebration drink that they get from Australia for moments like this, most of which was used after Adams' championship celebrations last year.

Brinson and team "couldn't get a handle" at Milwaukee
The recent string of good fortune came to an end this weekend as the Brinson Engineering team struggled to find speed at the Milwaukee Mile. Driver/owner Matt Brinson struggled in qualifying and wasn't much better during the race, settling for only a midpack finish.
Brinson: "It was a pretty rough weekend you could say for the team; we were struggling all weekend and we simply weren't where we wanted to be with the car. We tried to fight with what we had but we were really never more than a 15th place car. Pretty disheartening seeing how well the recent weeks have panned out."
"The good news for us is that next week marks the return to road racing, which is very much a breath of fresh air for the team. We ran very well at Road Atlanta and I'm very hopeful about our chances in Portland."
