What's this mean for Mark Martin? I wonder how much legitimacy there is to the rumor that he may drive for the Wood Brothers next year. I recently found out that he drove for their truck team for a handful of races back in 2007.

So this also means no more Michael Waltrip in a race car after 2013?

At least not in the #55, obviously, but he has driven a couple of other cars recently (his #40 car last year and the Swan Racing #26 this year).

Come to think of it, I think it'd be pretty cool if he returned to the Truck Series, or even Nationwide! I don't see that happening, though.

He should go back to trucks. He can run his "partial schedule" (meaning, 25 races a year...) and still have a good shot at being top dog.

It's about damn time. And that means we won't see Michael Wall-trip ever again....hopefully.
