I believe he'll be making 9 starts. Pending additional sponsorship it could be more.

Juan Carlos Blum will be racing after all. He's now going to be in Mike Harmon's 74.

From what I've heard, Pilot Flying J was keeping gas rebates that legally belonged to their customers. This was seemingly widespread, although not universal.
