Robots Used As Teachers?

Post by Cynon on Sat Apr 13, 2013 10:57 pm

This is really neat. At least, I think so. Basically, two robots are being used in Britain to teach autistic children between the ages of 5 and 10.

The robot in question is called Nao, and it was made by Aldebaran Robotics. I've been using one for most of this semester in one of my classes. It looks more like a toy than an actual robot, but it's pretty neat.
