You know if he wins this race, there'll be an Ice Cream waiting for him. After all, he's called the 'Iceman'.
Re: Abu Dhabi GP
10 second stop and go for Perez. Good Call Officials. I mean he took out two cars in 1 corner. Good job, Stupidhead.
Holy Crap, Catherham may finish in the points.

In his eyes Grosjean ran into him. Doesn't mean he's acting child like.FlashRod4 wrote:Perez is at fault but he tries to throw his hands up at Grosjean as if to say, "What the hell were you thinking turning into that corner and giving me a whole country side to merge back in on?"
Mclaren is about to lose a lot of money in the next few years if Perez doesn't grow up.
Sucks for Weber to but that was one spectacular crash with the rear wing just shearing off.

Definitely one of the best races of the season, Raikkonen finally is the 8th different winner this season, and the race itself was rather a bit of a wreckfest to be honest.

Re: Abu Dhabi GP
Awesome race. Lots of good racing with the entertaining silliness in the middle
Kimi and Lotus getting a long overdue win and barely holding off Alonso. Alonso in damage control and needs something big to happen to Vettel if he wants the to win the ttile.
Anyway....THE ICE CREAM MAN IS HERE TO PARTY! ICE CREAM FOR ERBODY!

Did Vettel just drop an F-bomb on the podium? Sure sounded like it!

suresly that can result in a fine can't it? Dale Jr. dropped the S word in an interview after the 2004 EA Sports 500 and he got fined $25,000 for that. And 25 championship points too.

I bet that the Sprint Cup Race at Texas later today won't be as exciting as this race was.
Re: Abu Dhabi GP
Dang. Of course with how boring Abu Dhabi can be and how boring the last couple races have been, I thought I wasn't going to miss much. Boy, was I wrong? Glad to see Raikonnen get his first win. I can't believe Vettel managed to climb his way back up to third after starting from the pit lane. Now that Alonso is 10 points behind Vettel and they'll be going to a new track in 2 weeks, I'm most certainly looking forward to see how things will play out in the end.

Yeah, Perez isn't a very good driver. I mean, it's not like he has 3 podiums or anything...oh, wait, he does. This was one accident, dude. He showed patience in passing Alonso for 3rd in Canada and in passing Alonso for 2nd in Italy. Accidents happen.

Re: Abu Dhabi GP
Here is an interesting question my dad brought up. Is this year's, F1 season more competitive, because of the talent level of the entire feild being higher than years past, or lower?
IMO, the talent level actually seems lower to me than years past. When you have Webber, who I feel is a talented racer, getting wrecked by slower, upper-midfield to midfield cars. For example, I don't find either of the Force India drivers as good as what others say they are. Granted they are both better than Gacho... Sutil but not much. (Come to think of it, Force India has never really had a good driver lineup) Williams, has a really good car. (Thanks in part to pay-drivers) It was proven when Maldanado somehow didn't wreck, and won with it. Senna on the other hand, is only there cause he can essentially fund the team with his last name. (Lets face it, the only comparison between Burno and Ayrton, is they look alike) Maldanado, at times, shows his worth when he's not smashing into other cars. (A glorified De Crasheris!) The only time you see the Torro Rosso's are when Schumacher is crashing into them. The Mercedes started off really fast, but they seemed to completly forget to develop the car throughout the season, and they fell to mid-field. So this year is competitive, because the talent level is low, making for an interesting race in the mid-field.
Your thoughts?

Considering Bruno has about 10 years less experience than anyone, he has done very well. He is talented as well, and you can see this where he came close to winning the British F3 championship in only his 3rd year of any competition. Likewise, he is also a runner up to Pantano in GP2. Unfortunately, he is there because of money, which you have wrongly stated on his name; the Senna family probably own the majority of Brazil's companies. But how do you get into Formula One if you don't have any money nowadays? I can pretty much say that every driver, excluding those who drive for Ferrari, Mclaren, Red Bull and Mercedes, are in Formula One due to their money.
