New Crew Chief for Packer
Volpi Racing Team announced that, with immediate effect, Packer Carroll would be given another race engineer. Rush McCloud, who has been Carroll's race engineer since the season began, will be replaced by David Stoyanoff, who has been with Volpi since 2007. Stoyanoff was Nosova's race engineer during her tenure at the team. Cyril Volpi insisted that he was interested in giving Packer Carroll a competitive advantage on the racetrack.
"Rush McCloud did not fit what Packer or the rest of the team needed." Volpi said in a press release.
"We at Volpi Racing Team are working on returning to Victory Lane as soon as possible, and we decided that making staff restructuring was the best way to fix our losing streak."
Clévenot, Porteau, and Everett to Split #74 Car
Mitchell & Sons Racing announced that reserve drivers Bobby Porteau and Ethan Everett will take turns in the #74 car in the races that Mélanie Clévenot is scheduled to miss. Clévenot is the first woman to drive for the Mitchell & Sons team in the TM Master Cup Series and will be the first driver from Europe to drive for them in the TM Master Cup series. Only three non-Americans have driven for the Mitchell & Sons team in the TM Master Cup Series; Canadians Dan Timothy and Mike McKinley, and Mexican road racer Miguel Zavala ran three races in 1994.
Paasonen to the #12
In another one of the worst kept secrets in the TM Master Cup Series, Karjala Grand Prix hero Mika Paasonen will make his second career TM Master Cup Series start at the Round of Quebec for Majestic Motorsports. Paasonen will drive car #12 and carry some extra backing from Spirit.

Given Whiper's complete lack of forum activity lately yeah, I'd say so.
