Carl by a long shot (ba dum tss). His best finish in 42 Nationwide starts is 28th (3 times), Sprint Cup it's 29th (23 starts), in-fact his 5th best finish in Cup, was when he rolled over at Rockingham.

Kyle can't seem to win in his own car....But yet he's the only cuppie in the field and has an off week in cup so this by far is his best shot to win this year.

Answer the Hill-Long question. Both. Long will park due to lolware while Timmy Hill putt-putts around the track the whole race.

Seriously, Penske. Don't be a Roush about this and never give Kligerman a fair shot.

I'm happy for Ryan but being a fan of Parker, he isn't getting a fair shake. They need to take the races away from Brad, not Parker. Both Parker and Ryan need the seat time, Brad has all the experience.

Ryan has the potential to run well. However the need to be detracting the starts from kez and not Kliggerman so Kliggerman has his shot at the car.

I think the best NW line-up for Penske would be Parker Kligerman in the #22 in Nationwide (Hornish is probably gonna fill the #22 in Cup if Allmendinger's out at season's end), and Ryan Blaney in the #12.

I think the reason Kligerman is getting the end of the stick here is that I believe Brad has a contract with Discount Tire demanding that he start more races in the NNS.

Penske's willing to develop Kligerman but I recall Kligerman getting on the Captain's nerves a few years back a few times...
