Wheel Suggestions?

So, here's the deal. Recently I've been getting interested in being more involved with the NR2003 community, and I figured a good way to get started would be to actually start racing. But, I'd also like to be able to hold a line, which is why I'm looking to buy a wheel with which to drive. Problem is, I don't know much about wheels and I'm quite cheap.

So, I'm looking for a decent wheel in the area of $100 or less. I'm not looking for some sort of huge, professional rig, just something that'll keep me going around the track and won't maim me in some sort of freak atomic explosion. I don't think that's too much to ask.

I guess that's it. Suggestions?

Driving Force GT is what I'd recommend...but I think it's a little more than $100, so save a little extra

Me and Cynon each use this wheel and it does a good job.
