Actually for a Mile and a Half track, this race actually isn't too bad. But, Formula 1 did steal all of NASCAR's on track action.

I've always liked this race because it is such a marathon, but with the way technology has been advancing, it's gotten to seem like a fairly normal race. the cars hardly break down anymore

With fuel injection fun and the number of engines grenading in the all-star race, May see a few retirements from these problems. That's because Roush built engines specifically for the All-Star race, so they would of only lasted about 200 miles.Alta wrote:With fuel injection fun and the number of engines grenading in the all-star race, May see a few retirements from these problems. I had a chance to go to last year's race; Glad I didn't. I would have raged beyond all belief.
Hopefully, this year, things can work out a bit better for my driver. With his run in the All Star, it's not too far fetched.

Hopefully Dale Jr won't have a repeat of what happened to him last year on the last lap while leading.

And the trend of DANICADANICADANICA continues on Memorial Day weekend, although the good side is that ABC won't corrupt the Indy 500 coverage with constant reports on her.

I hope Ambrose can get his first win on an oval this weekend! He looked pretty strong in the All-Star, though he's definately not the only driver that was.

I think he and Jr. are the two main threats for the win based on their runs in the All-Star. Allmendinger and Johnson could also be there at the end too.Spannerhead29 (Nelson) wrote:He's had 4 top 10's at Charlotte in a row, so he has good form.Alta wrote:If they bring the all-star car i think Ambrose has quite the shot.SpeedDemon37 wrote:I hope Ambrose can get his first win on an oval this weekend! Nice to see RPM sweep the front row, but I would never have guessed that Almirola would take the pole! I wonder how long he'll stay up front.

Re: Coca-Cola 600 - Sprint Cup Series
My reaction to RPM sweeping the front row.
It probably won't be long before a boring driver takes the lead after the first or second lap like JIMMIEWINSLOL and LOLROUSHTEAMORDERs-BIFF (who will both start in the 2nd row) and runs away from the field. Winning a pole doesn't win you the whole race, at least most of the time anyway. Then again, it is a 600 mile race so anything can happen. Also, good job on Regan Smith for qualifying in 10th.

Man, it seems Formula One and IndyCar has sucked all the excitement out of NASCAR.

Pretty much how I'm feeling. It's funny how we were all complaining about these "debris" cautions. Since we haven't been getting them as much this year, some of us are calling it as one of the worst NASCAR seasons ever.

I did and I didn't. I was thinking that word, but I guess something triggered in my brain to use the other word I use for it (mainly on Yahoo where cunt gets censored, so I switch things around to get around that). But it's all the same

I don't know why i didn't use this race for my nap.
Horrendous race. The only redeeming factor for me that i can think of is a Keselowski good run but that is to be expected of Kez and a few funny moments during the race but that was it.
Wake me up when an interesting race occurs.

I've noticed something.
At least tonight, a lot of the guys in the top of the points drove blue cars.
Probably more interesting than the racing
