RROL 2012 Point System

Both races will use this point system.

1st- 20
2nd- 17
3rd- 15
4th- 13
5th- 11
6th- 9
7th- 7
8th- 5
9th- 4
10th- 3
11th- 2
12th- 1
13th and down- 0

Only 12 cars in a field of 40 in stock cars get points.

Not the best of ideas, IMO.

I'd probably give a 3 point gap from 1st-10th, 2 point gap from 11th-25th & 1 point gap from 26th-last, & non-finishers receiving 0. e.g:
1st: 100
2nd: 97
3rd: 94 etc
11th: 71
12th: 69
13th: 67 etc.
26th: 41
27th: 40
28th: 39 etc. but making sure last only gave out 1 point. Also give out any bonus points received during the race.

I'd rather see the TMMC points system used, to be honest.

just wanna ask this, but how many cars will feature in both races?

1 race will have 27 cars, and the other will have 28. And the top 12 in each will get points.

I know I'm trying not to be stupid here, but did you base this off the current Formula 1 Points System or did you select this because it could possibly work out?

Not directly, I think it is the best system for the amount of drivers.
