2012 Food City 500 - NASCAR Sprint Cup Series

The thread for Race 4 of the 2012 NSCS Season. Could points leader Greg Biffle get his first win since Kansas in 2010? here is the official entry list for the Race at Bristol, Tennessee:

I will be at this race. About the second or third row from the track, right on the start/finish line.

Hopefully, this trip will be better than the one to Kentucky.

Actually, I did that for more than just Bristol. I understand that there are people especially on here that don't think the racings very exciting. I get that. I don't need to scroll down on the race threads and every other comment (blank)'s boring or some other comment along those lines.

(Yes, this ticks me off, so I am mad, before any one asks. )

Well, there is a few tracks where the claim is legit (like Kansas, Chicago, Indy for stock cars, and a few others), but others, I just think they do it just to follow some stupid line of crap. Bristol is still fun to watch. I just think those that don't go now were just demolition derby enthusiasts rather than true race fans.

the next race that isnt boring will be martinsville. this will be better than auto club, but thats not saying much.

Honestly, the first six races are like this to me, in terms of excitement:

Daytona > Martinsville > Bristol > Phoenix > Las Vegas > Auto Club

I miss the wreck b/c Time Warner took a crap and one of my 10 picks AND favorite driver gets taken out by his own teammate.

I like how Roush has turned into Ferrari of Nascar, Whines to not get a penalty and plays team orders.

Dale Jr has just been asked by his team to conserve fuel. He has got something up his sleeve that his rivals don't?

Pretty uneventful finish, but good drive by Keselowski nonetheless. He really deserved this win.

Racing deal or not, Cooper is right, the missing link on the 88 is the driver, something I've been saying since 2009.

Keselowski picks up his 1st of the season, 2nd at Bristol.

Driver of Race: Brian Vickers (I say this because from Martinsville last year, to today? What a difference.)
Honorable Mention: Brad Keselowski

Reject of the Race: Kenseth's restarts
Dishonorable Mention: Kasey Kahne's spotter

Top drive from Vickers, right when he needed it. I daresay that probably saved his career if nothing else.

Overall this was the best Bristol race since it was repaved.

Really meh race. It was okay but Bristol is still not as fun as it used to be (Empty seats proving my point)

GW Keselowski. Finally someone that i 100% like wins.

I don't think any of us were expecting Vickers to be this competitive. As Cooper said, I think this race might've helped Vickers' career. My opinion on Vickers has changed, at least for now. Kenseth and Keselowski really went at it in the last 100 laps or so, and Brad earned that win for sure. Racing wasn't bad or good, IMO.

Vickers went TROLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!

fox gets reject of the race for saying right now way too much and missing the big wreck and not staying on the race and going to commercial when the caution came out right as they were going to commercial
