Hendrick loses appeal, Has one more shot
Here's the full article if you want to read it.

So, basically, now it comes down to the Chief Appellate Officer, John Middlebrook. So far the only appeal Middlebrook has heard was the Bowyer deal at New Hampshire 2 years ago.
But, right now I think it's a good possibility we won't being seeing Chad for 6 weeks. But,when depends on when the CAO hears the appeal.

Surely they won't win the appeal. I know they're still trying to overcome the penalty, buy I'd say they only have 1% chance of winning the appeal.

Is it just the Media being quiet on every other case or is Chad getting the special treatment by being allowed back at the track?

No, the rules always have been that way. In 2010, Clint Bowyer's crew chief was allowed at the track during their appeal. Basically, I think Rick knows the appeal isn't going to go well, he is just trying to delay the penalty.

Hendrick knows Knaus is busted, he just wants Knaus to stick around long enough to try and negate races without him
