A bit of boredom
So I was bored today and just did a quickie in Engineering. Nothing special, just wanted to see how this base would look in a render. Basic yet effective. Wish I could have used a different number font but I can't install custom fonts on school computers. Can't use carviewer either so had to line up everything by eye.
If someone could render this for me, I'd really appreaciate it. I don't have a Tenor's and their reg. is broken.
Comments are welcome. I may end up going further depending on how it looks.

Ten0r's registration isn't borked anymore. Just register and you'll get an activation code on the next screen or something

Yeah, looks like they fixed it. Thanks Tom, I'll have a render up shortly

Looks like a good start.

Thanks Coop. However it looks like I'm going to have to start from scratch because the template is screwed up. It says to use on the Modified mesh but it comes out wrong on all four. Stupid Rioux temps, figures.
No biggie, at least I caught it now rather than later. I really don't have good luck with picking working templates, lol. Guess I'll have to try again Wednesday when I gain access to Photoshop (and a computer period).

I downloaded your image and put it on the Modified in Carviewer and it comes out perfect. So maybe you've got outdated meshes.
Here's the rendered version:
First thing I can see right off the bat is you need to rotate the scheme on the nose areas 90 degrees. Also, make sure you delete the scheme from the TV panel; it doesn't look right.
Like Cy said, this is an encouraging start, just needs a little fine-tuning.

Well, that's not as bad as I had imagined it to be! I'm suprised how that nose area got twisted up like that. It's part of that main stripe and it's all going in one direction. These temps are tricky work on, that's for sure especially when you can't use Carviewer on the school computers. Flash drives are no joy either. Thanks for the render, the hood looked funky so I thought I may have had a bad temp.
I'll be able to work on it some more Wednesday. I got a good idea in store but I need to find some old 360 Communications logos (If anyone has ever heard of them, I'll give you a cookie. They sponsored a Busch car in either 97' or 98') Thanks for the encouragement! This is my first paint in over a year and only my second ever The hardest part for me is just lining stuff up.

Got carviewer working on the school computer! It also gave me a backdoor to that computer's C: drive (which is supposed to be restricted access.). FAIL!
